  • 1-hour home walkthrough, every month
  • 3 hours of labor, every month
  • $110/hour member rate on anything beyond that — 24% below standard

4 hours of walkthrough and labor — worth $580 at the standard $145/hour rate — for $400 flat. That's $180 saved every month, and every hour after stays at your member rate.
